Quiz Night

Quiz Night

Well done and thank you to the Ladies’ Committee who organised a very successful and enjoyable Quiz Night on Friday night last. This year the traditional format changed with Danny O’Connor from Star DJs compiling the questions and ensuring that the evening ran smoothly and enjoyably. Sincere thanks to all the parents who supported the evening in a myriad of ways-by attending, buying raffle tickets, donating prizes and giving financial donations.

Our thanks also to Mr. Ruane and Mr O’Neill for all their work in advance of the night and to the staff members who attended and helped in so many ways.

At the end of an entertaining evening, one of the teams from Senior Infants was the winner with the runner up team from Sixth Form.
As always, the raffle was very well supported with excellent prizes on offer, all of which had been kindly donated. The total amount raised on the night will be published in the November Newsletter and will be used to purchase yard furniture and PE equipment.
