Rock Your Socks Day
In support of World Down Syndrome Day, the boys wore mismatched colourful socks to support our annual "Rock Your Socks Day". March 21st, is symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. Socks were chosen because the karyotype of Ds chromosomes looks like mismatched socks. The amount raised will be published in the next newsletter. Well done and thank you to all the boys and staff who certainly rocked their socks again this year to support all those in our community with Down syndrome.
